Our Policies & Pricing

Rates:

Room rates are based on 1 or 2 adults. Prices range from $45 -$159.

Children under age 12 are free.

Winter rates are available for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.
Rates are given upon request.

Restrictions:

We have a two-night minimum stay on weekends in the summer. These minimum stays extend to three nights on Memorial Weekend, Labor Day, and other special events throughout the year.

Reservations:

All major credit cards accepted.

We have a 48-hour cancellation period on weekend reservations in the summer. (One week for Fourth of July). Unless otherwise specified, 24 hours all other times.

General Information:

BIRDING TOURS- Let us help you set up a boat-birding tour to see the Whooping Cranes during their winter stay near Rockport. You don’t have to be a birder to enjoy this trip!

GOLF!  Rounds of golf may be played at the nearby18 hole acclaimed Rockport Country Club Golf Course under our membership. Reservations must be made ahead of time.
